About Us

JEKMA (Jamii Elimu Kazi Mazingira) is a non-profit organization founded in Tanzania in September 2019 by a group of people from Tanzania and Germany who have been working together in education and social work for several years.

With head office located at Majengo Moshi in Kilimanjaro Region, the primary aim of JEKMA is to deal with Community issues particularly Education, Social Works, Work and Environment.

We advocate towards:-

  • Expand education access for children and youth.
  • Equip youth with job and life skills.
  • Support women and vulnerable groups.
  • Promote tree planting & waste management.
  • Facilitate Tanzania-Germany volunteer exchange.
